Enjoy Great Adventures

Windy Brow Game Reserve is situated about 3.5 km from the historical town of Cullinan. It is here that the world famous Cullinan diamond was discovered in 1905.

The reserve is located on the Elandsfontein farm which formed part of the bigger farming unit. Following our adventure trails will lead you to great vistas of the area. 

Views of Pretoria, the Premier Diamond Mine now known as Petra Diamond Mine and the Magaliesburg Mountain ranges can all be seen from vantage points on the farm.

Game drives are also available to our guests. These however do need to be booked in advanced. No private vehicles are permitted on the reserve. We also welcome educational groups to visit the reserve. Please contact us to get more information.

Unfortunately with all the wide range of wildlife present at our facility we do not allow any pets.

Our guests are not allowed to use their own vehicle for game viewing experiences on our property. We offer game drives to our guests with our vehicles; if you like to make use of that, please inform us and we’ll arrange a game drive for you.

No, you will have to bring your own mountain bikes.

No, you don’t need vaccinations. For personal advice contact your general practitioner or visit your local travel clinic.

We accept cash on site, debit/credit cards as well as American Express.

The adventures at Windy Brow Game Reserve don’t end at hiking, biking and picnics. We are very excited to inform you that we are in the process of developing a conference facility as well as team building, sports fields, and overnight accommodation.

Educational groups and visitors welcome

The Reserve is the perfect place for educational visits. It boasts 15 species of game and over 150 species of birds. An upcoming upgraded obstacle course that is ideal for team building activities
